This begins with the recognition that our team will be in your home for months (or years!) at a time, and that our role is to not only aesthetically transform your space, but also to respect your property throughout the project and to consider the larger impact of our work on your and your family’s day-to-day life.
Serving homeowners across the Front Range, we partner with independent designers, architects and contractors to ensure each project receives the detailed attention and specialized skill sets required for every step of the process. From full custom builds, to both cosmetic and structurally intensive renovations, our measure of success is the trust we’ve earned from both our clients and our industry peers.
andrew seck, owner
With more than a decade of hands-on experience as a construction project manager, site supervisor and contractor, Andrew brings a holistic, people-first perspective to the planning and execution of custom renovations and new home builds.
Originally from the West Coast, he has worked for several independent design-build firms in Northern Virginia, Washington D.C. and Denver, learning from their successes and best practices, as well as their operational failures. His vision for Teller Street Construction, which he founded in 2021, was to reimagine the client-contractor relationship by setting clear expectations, minimizing unnecessary conflicts and cultivating a calmer, more focused work environment for his peers in the industry.
