an investment in your home isn’t just financial—it’s personal.

At Teller Street Construction, we understand that transparency, shared expectations and mutual respect are the foundation of any successful home renovation or new build. From our client relationships, to our network of experienced architects and sub-contractors, our goal is to make the process as rewarding as the end result.

proactive planning

We believe detailed planning is the key to any successful project, whether anticipating likely hurdles or scheduling appropriate timeframes for skilled workers. This more exhaustive, less reactive approach helps us to operate in a calm, deliberate manner, which both allows our team to focus on craftsmanship and encourages a more enjoyable relationship with our clients.

transparent pricing

We happily provide detailed cost-plus or all-in estimates for projects, depending on the client's preferred level of involvement. The former allows the client to negotiate the individual budget of each contractor, but requires the understanding that the cost may shift if any unexpected curveballs arise. The latter is a confirmed budget managed by the Teller Street team, which will only change if the scope of work changes.

timeless workmanship

Rather than striving to beat our competitors on price, our goal is to offer a fair value for exceptional quality work. We respect your investment by hiring trusted contractors who do things right the first time—and on schedule—so you can feel confident that your new build or renovation will last for many years (or even generations) to come.

about us

We believe home design and renovation should feel like a shared adventure—a creative collaboration that transforms your vision into a practical, beautiful reality.

“this was the third complete home renovation i have done, and teller street construction was by far the best construction company i have used. andrew is detail-oriented, organized, courteous and responsive—a great person to work with and his subcontractors are, likewise, top-quality craftspeople and individuals."
